(04/2013) Two Chemical Engineering undergraduates Logan Mower and Emily Wong joined Prof. Teng s group for the Synchrotron experiments at the Brookhaven National Laboratory, along with the collaborators from Yeshiva University.  

(03/2013) Our research work on  Pseudocapacitive Hausmannite Nanoparticles with {101} Facets: Synthesis, Characterization and Charge-Transfer Mechanism  has been published as an article in the Journal of

2-year Granite State Technology Innovation Grant to design nanomaterials as printable conductive media.  This support is from the New Hampshire Innovation Research Center (NHIRC).

(07/2009)  Our work on "Electronic and Magnetic Properties of Ultrathin Au/Pt Nanowires" has been accepted for the publication in the Nano Letters, a refereed journal with a 2009 Impact Factor of 10.3.

(03/2009)  Congratulation to Carlo LaScala, a chemical engineering freshman, for being selected as a 2009 Research Experience and Apprenticeship Program (REAP) Fellow by the Hamel Center for Undergraduate Research and the University Honors Program. He will begin his research during the summer on the exploration of Pt/Rh nanocatalyst for ethanol oxidation fuel cell reactions.
